PE Protective Film Physical Property Test Method
- Oct 26, 2018 -

PE is the most widely used in industrial production, from die cutting, plastic parts, metal surfaces, glass surfaces, etc. We make a simple discussion on the specific types of PE protective film and its physical properties test.

The main raw material of PE material is LLDPE, which is soft and has certain stretchability. Generally, the thickness is 0.05MM-0.15MM, and the viscosity of PE protective film varies from 5G to 500G depending on the application requirements (the viscosity is different between domestic and foreign countries, and the viscosity specified by Japan and Korea is also different from that in China). There are electrostatic films, textured films, and the like.

Different types of protective film physical properties are also slightly different uses are also different, for their physical characteristics test we are divided into the following methods:

1, performance test: it is easy to peel the surface of the object, does not move the glue, does not break when the steel plate is bent 90 degrees, will not fall off.

2. Load-bearing test: In the case of 360 hours, when subjected to a load of 2 Kg/2.5 cm 2 at 20 ° C to 50 ° C, the surface without glue residue was peeled off.

3, anti-aging test: 300W of ultraviolet light can be irradiated for 240 hours under the condition of 50 ° C, to achieve no cracking, the protective film is not deformed, no residual glue on the surface when peeling off.

4, moisture resistance test: after 1 hour of light + 1 hour of rain for 240 hours will not fall off, peeling off the surface without residue.
