1. Wetting: Pressure-sensitive adhesives can only achieve close contact with the surface of the object to be adhered, creating conditions for physical and chemical bonding.

2. Molecular movement and diffusion: The pressure-sensitive adhesive molecules move toward the surface of the material to be bonded. When the distance between the two is less than 5A, physico-chemical bonding occurs.

3. Penetration: The glue layer flows and penetrates into the groove and the gap under a certain pressure, so that the contact area between the two increases, and the mechanical bonding force is generated between the adhesive and the material to be bonded.

4. Preparation of substrate film: blow molding, casting, calendering.

5. Surface treatment of the substrate film

1. Corona treatment: formation of polar reactive groups, forming very fine potholes.

2. Coating: The liquid glue is uniformly coated on the substrate film and preliminarily dried.
