In order to keep the aluminum-plastic panel intact before use, the protective measures are usually taken. The aluminum-plastic composite film is a material specially designed for its surface protection. When using an aluminum-plastic plate to protect the film, it is necessary to enhance its bonding with the surface of the object, thereby promoting its protective effect.

In practical applications, it is often encountered that the aluminum-plastic plate protective film is not adhered to the film, and is easily peeled off during transportation and windowing, and does not provide protection. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. In this respect, the surface is not clean before the film is applied after extrusion, such as moisture and dust.

To this end, when the aluminum-plastic panel comes out of the cooling sizing mold, try to dry the surface moisture, and also pay attention to the workshop dust not too much, the tractor track remains clean and so on. After the desired cleanliness is achieved, the aluminum-plastic plate protective film can be applied.

On the other hand, the foil laminating machine has insufficient pressure or unreasonable structure; the insufficient viscosity of the aluminum composite panel protective film itself may affect the adhesion between it and the surface of the object. In addition to the appropriate increase in film pressure, it is recommended to use a special film machine; and choose a high quality aluminum-plastic plate protective film.

There is also a factor that affects the adhesion between the protective film of the aluminum-plastic composite panel and the object, that is, the tensile stress of the substrate used for the protective film of the aluminum-plastic composite sheet is too small, easy to deform, or the movement of the rotating portion of the film-rolling machine is inflexible, resulting in a film. It is deformed too much and deformed during the application process.

After such an aluminum-plastic plate protective film is applied to the surface, the film is retracted due to the stress generated by the stretching, and when the retracting force is greater than the peeling force, the film is automatically peeled off. In this case, a protective film with a large tensile force or a composite protective film can be used instead; in addition, the rotating portion of the filming machine should be frequently lubricated to make it flexible.
