Characteristics of transparent protective film and its production process

The transparent protective film has many characteristics, among which the transparency is strong, the lightness is light, the hardness is strong and weak, the cost is low, and mass production is possible. The main method of producing a transparent protective film is a suspension process which is carried out in a stirred reactor and is operated intermittently. The reaction process includes a non-ionized water metering control system, a polymerization tank temperature control system, and a buffer metering control system.


The polymerization process of the transparent protective film is operated by hot water feeding method, that is, the operation mode in which the ion-free water is heated to about 48 degrees Celsius and then added to the polymerization vessel to increase the temperature of the raw material in the kettle and shorten the heating time. The ion-free water should be connected to the same feeding pipe horizontally by two turbine flowmeters in series with a distance of 2.5m. The temperature of the ion-free water after mixing the cold and hot non-ionized water is controlled by the split-range control to control the cold and hot ion-free water control valves.


The temperature after mixing is temperature-compensated for the feed-free ion-free water flow, among which there is a meter for measuring the feed volume and a feed table for metering, and the opening of the feed control valve is controlled by the controller. In order to make the metering correct, the control system sets the two feed flow rate settings of full flow rate and micro flow rate.
